Recipe anyone- CTO # 40

We are Celebrating the Occasion again with challenge #40- Thanksgiving (must use buttons). I decided to something different and make a recipe card holder with recipe cards. Who doesn't want some yummy recipes to hold onto or to exchange for the holidays. I used an SVG file from Mygrafico.com that had the template for the holder and cards. I then made my own decorative recipe cover to put onto the blank cards along with this yummy recipe and some more fun ones, recipe link is below. So get on over and take part, we would love to see what button project, layout or card you come up with!! As always if you have any questions please ask and to get your holiday recipe's a hopping I am sharing my absolute favorite appetizer recipe. Have a wonderful Tuesday all :)

Stuffed Mushrooms

30 or so white mushrooms

1 lb. pkg. Hot Jimmy Dean sausage (I do half hot/half regular for the kiddo's)

1 8oz pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

1 container of shredded parmesan cheese

-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Set mushroom caps aside and discard stems or cut some up to go into the sausage mixture. Saute sausage in a pan until cooked. Drain grease. In a medium size bowl mix sausage and cream cheese together until thoroughly mixed. Scoop sausage mixture into mushroom caps and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake on a cookie sheet for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese on top is completely melted.
