I never met....

Good morning everyone!!  It is time to Celebrate the Occasion with Challenge # 80- Birthday (must use twine and a button).  The September sponsor is, of course Bugaboo Digi Stamps (7 images of winners choice).

For my card I chose to use another Bugaboo image called "Pig Cupcakes", which unfortunately is not in the store anymore but they have tons of other cute images to choose from.  I colored him up using Copics and added some Glossy Accents and Stickles for the shine.  I paired him with some papers from Echo Park called "Little Girl" and added a sentiment from the wonderful Create with TLC, all links below recipe.  The button is from Michaels and the twine is from Doodlebug Designs.

Hop on over and take a look at what the wonderful DT has put together for you and I hope to see all your AWEsome Birthday creations!!  As always if you have any questions please ask and have a fabulous Tuesday :)

Monochromatic Fun

Good morning everyone, I just had to join in on this challenge and exercise my brain.  Some Odd Girl is having a random little contest to do a monochromatic card with a touch of color to post on her Facebook page. I chose to use cool tones for the colors, boy did it get my brain working.  For this card I used the image from Some Odd Girl called "Water Fun" and paired it with some papers from Delightful Digitals.  I converted the paper to B&W and then added some blue to the lines behind with Copics, not very straight lol.  I reserved my spot of color for the water, the polka dots, eyes and a touch of pink in areas then added the fun sentiment from Create with TLC, all links below in the recipe.  The overall layout is using the sketch from Some Odd Girls- Sketch Challenge.

Hop on over and see what you can come up with, think outside the box and exercise your brain!!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you all have a wonderful Monday :)

Cute Halloween

Good morning everyone, I hope your weekend is off to a good start!  Wow I cannot beleive all the wonderful "Anything goes" cards that were entered this last time, all just so beautiful, thank you to all that entered.  Well it is time for another Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge- Cute Fall/Halloween.  This time around we have 3 wonderful sponsors for you, Crackerbox Palace ($15 gift certificate), Clear Dollar Stamps ($15 gift certificate) and last but not least Whimsy Stamps (5 images of your choice).  A big thank you to all of them for Sponsoring and for the adorable images to showcase for you today!!

My first card is using images and sentiments from Crackerbox Palace.  They are truly a generous and kind company, I got to showcase not 1 but 4 different stamps for you today, all links below in recipe.  I combined pumpkin boy and pumpkin girl for the image and colored everything with Copics.  I then used some fun papers from Echo Park called "Chillingsworth Manor".  I distressed all the black and then popped up they yummy candy corn.  Below is a close up of the fun sentiment :)

For my second card I used the sweet image from Clear Dollar Stamps called "Spider Greeting".  They are such a great company to purchase from because in one set you always get a number of different images to work with.  With this card I am using 3 of the 13 images, I know 13!!  I colored him up with Copics and added some opaque white to the eyes, the paper is also from Echo Park "Chillingsworth Manor", all links below.

We would love to see all of your "Cute Fall/Halloween" creations, remember you have 2 weeks to enter this challenge!

On a side note we have some sad yet wonderful news about SAS 4 Kids.  Shelby, whom I am sure most of you know with her beautiful work, has had to step down due to other obligations.  We will truly miss her but will still be together in the blogging world, best of luck to her in her new ventures.  On the bright side we get to work with another wonderful team member, Karen.  I hope you can stop by and welcome her and take a look at her beautiful work, a big welcome Karen!!

As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you all have a fabulous rest to your weekend :)
