Sweetheart

We are onto a new challenge at Tiddly Inks, Challenge # 132- Flower Power!

I chose to use the sweet image "Wryn- Fairy Wishes".  I colored her up with Copics and then added some Stickles for some shine.  I combined it with some papers from Jen Martakis called "Lovely" along with the sentiment.  I distressed all the edges and added some twine from My Minds Eye.  The flowers I decided to use were the rolled roses using the template from Sizzix with an added pearl in the center.

Hop on over and take a look at the beautiful DT work and I can't wait to see all your fabulous "flower" creations!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you all have a blessed Tuesday :)

Celebrate

Good morning everyone!  We are onto a new challenge at Tiddly Inks #131- Celebrate.  I decided to do a wedding themed card with the wonderfully versatile "Harmony at Home", all links below recipe.

I put the main home image on front and then added the text heart coming out of the chimney.  The heart is also used popped up on the border just bigger.  I colored all the red with Copics. The sentiment I added in Photoshop and then added a tin heart beside it.  I carried the stamp into the border by doubling up and using the bottom half, a red line then was drawn on top and bottom of the border.  Distressed the edges and added some sparkle with Stickles.

Hop on over and take a look at what the DT have put together for you and I hope to see all your beautiful creations!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you have a fabulous day :)

Fab Friday

It is Fab Friday at Tiddly Inks and I decided to have a little fairy get together with all the new release images!!  I colored them all the same as I did the individual cards this week but brought a basket and a fence in to create the scene.

In order to create the scene I did a type of masking technique that you would use with rubber stamps but in digital form through Photoshop.  Each image I used a total of 3 each (1 full image and 2 with just the flowers/berries).  I then combined until it created something I was good with.  I added the basket and the fence to help make sense of the theme I was going with.  I was going to do a video but if you are not familiar with Photoshop it may have been overwhelming.  I may have confused you with what I have already said but if you have any questions on anything I did please ask.

Also don't forget about the "Celebrate Spring" Challenge going on, there is still plenty of time :)
