Can you ever forgive me

I made a card today for the Tiddly Inks Challenge #104- Inky Critters.  You need to use one of the Tiddly critters in your card and I chose to use the adorable image "Silver I am Sorry", all links below recipe.

I used Copic markers to create the background sky, grass and coloring of the image.  I added some Stickles on parts of the flowers for a little sparkle.  I combined this with some papers from Echo Park called "Country Drive" and used the wonderful layout from The Deconstructed Sketch # 90.  The sentiment I created in Photoshop and popped it up over some pretty My Mind's Eye twine.

Both Challenges are still going on and you have time to enter into them, so hop on over and have fun!!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you all have a wonderful day today :)

Bonkers

Good day to you all, I have a fun card for you today.  I had so much fun making this one!!  You know when you see what you want in your head and then it ACTUALLY turns out, does not happen very often for me but it did this time.  I, of course, took inspiration from Johnny Depps character and created this one.  I used the Some Odd Girl's February Challenge Sketch, but on the inside.  I hope that still fits the challenge!

So for my card there are a lot of things going on, lets start with the front.  This part was pretty easy, I used some paper from the Once Upon a Time paper pack and then drew a key hole.  I then used my handy dandy exacto knife and just cut it out.  The text I created in Photoshop and then glued it on the front.

The inside, I heat embossed the background with my Hero Arts stamp in Jade green and then used distress inks (Shabby Shutters, Iced Spruce and Black Soot).  The punch is from ek Success and I punched both sides of the paper, all links below recipe.  The image is of course from Some Odd Girl called "Mad Hatter Kody" and I colored him up with Copics.  I then added Glossy Accents to his eyes and the teapot.  The text is again from Photoshop and the key is from Tim Holtz.

There is still plenty of time to get in on the February sketch challenge so hop on over and take a peek at what they have created, beautiful stuff!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you have a fabulous day :)

Happy Anniversary CTO

Good morning everyone, I hope all of you had a wonderful Valentine's Day!!  We had so many awe inspiring entries, I just loved looking at them all.  Now it is time for another Celebrate the Occasion Challenge #100- Happy Anniversary!

For my card I just made kind of a CAS card with turquoise and black and used some fun heart stamps that I had from Tim Holtz, all links below recipe.  I stamped it in white and then added some stickles to make it pop off the black.  I unfortunately did not do well with the sentiment in that white, it smeared but we can still read it right ;)

Hop on over and take a look at what the rest of the DT have put together for you because there are some really adorable ones.  I hope to see all of your Anniversary creations and as always I hope you all have a fabulous day :)

CAS 4 Kids

We have another challenge up at Send a Smile 4 Kids- CAS 4 Kids.  We, as always have some wonderful sponsor's for you to enjoy and prizes to be won.  Fred She Said ($10 Gift Certificate), Heather Ellis (3 images) and Doodle Pantry (3 images).

For my first card I used an adorable freebie from the Fred She Said Blog called "Nolan's Monster".  I colored him up with Prismacolors and then added the flower with a Martha Stewart layering punch, all links below recipe.  The sentiment is from the Cutting Cafe called "Because Nice Matters" and I added some Liquid Pearls to the flowers.

My second card is from Heather Ellis using "Pure Innocence 029".  I added the sentiment myself through Photoshop and she was colored up with Copics.

And last but not least is the adorable image from Doodle Pantry called "Cuddly Bear".  I colored him up with Copics and the sentiment also came in the wonderful package.

Hop on over and take a look at what the DT have put together for you and I hope to see all of your fabulous CAS cards!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you have a wonderful weekend :)
