I never met....

Good morning everyone!!  It is time to Celebrate the Occasion with Challenge # 80- Birthday (must use twine and a button).  The September sponsor is, of course Bugaboo Digi Stamps (7 images of winners choice).

For my card I chose to use another Bugaboo image called "Pig Cupcakes", which unfortunately is not in the store anymore but they have tons of other cute images to choose from.  I colored him up using Copics and added some Glossy Accents and Stickles for the shine.  I paired him with some papers from Echo Park called "Little Girl" and added a sentiment from the wonderful Create with TLC, all links below recipe.  The button is from Michaels and the twine is from Doodlebug Designs.

Hop on over and take a look at what the wonderful DT has put together for you and I hope to see all your AWEsome Birthday creations!!  As always if you have any questions please ask and have a fabulous Tuesday :)

Monochromatic Fun

Good morning everyone, I just had to join in on this challenge and exercise my brain.  Some Odd Girl is having a random little contest to do a monochromatic card with a touch of color to post on her Facebook page. I chose to use cool tones for the colors, boy did it get my brain working.  For this card I used the image from Some Odd Girl called "Water Fun" and paired it with some papers from Delightful Digitals.  I converted the paper to B&W and then added some blue to the lines behind with Copics, not very straight lol.  I reserved my spot of color for the water, the polka dots, eyes and a touch of pink in areas then added the fun sentiment from Create with TLC, all links below in the recipe.  The overall layout is using the sketch from Some Odd Girls- Sketch Challenge.

Hop on over and see what you can come up with, think outside the box and exercise your brain!!  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you all have a wonderful Monday :)

Anything Goes

Good morning all you lovely blogging friends!  It is time for another challenge at Send a Smile for Kids- Anything Goes.  Thank you to all those that entered our "Cute Fall or Halloween" Challenge, they were all so wonderful that it got me feeling better about the cold weather coming!!

This challenge we have some great Sponsor's for you again.  A big thank you to them for the letting us showcase some of there images for all of you.  This week we have Stamp Shoppe Creations ($15 gift certificate), Prairie Fairy ($15 gift certificate) and Kenny K (3 digi's of winners choice).

For my first card I am using the fun image from Kenny K called "skateboard" along with some digital papers from Cosmo Cricket called "Lil' man", all links below recipe.  I colored him up with some Copics and added some Glossy accents to the shiny areas and the skateboard wheels.  The sentiment is a wonderful freebie from the oh so kind Create with TLC.

My second card is using the adorable image from Prairie Fairy called "Harley Boy" along with some digital papers from Basic Gray.  I colored him up with Copics along with Prismacolor accents, I then added some Glossy Accents on his glasses and the headlight.  The sentiment is of course also from Create with TLC.

Anyone can enter and it is the best time to start because it is "Anything Goes" for kids.  Some small rules- it has to be kid friendly and it has to be a card.  You do not have to send your card in to enter but if you have the need to get rid of some this is a wonderful organization to gift it to, click here for more details.  Now hop on over and take a look at what the wonderful DT has put together for you and I hope to see all of your creations.  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope you have a fabulous weekend :)
