Fab Friday at Tiddly Inks

It is time for one more Fab Friday at Tiddly Inks before the Holiday.  Today I chose to bring you a few images in one.  I used "Santa's Helper" and put it in front of "Christmas Wishes" that covered the adorable kitty but I just wanted the tree.  The little elves on the side are from the "Checking the List" set which also comes with the sentiment that you see on the card.  I colored all with my Copics, added some Stickles and Flower Soft for texture and shine.

Hop on over and take a peek at what the DT put together for you and don't forget you still have time to enter into the Challenge- "Christmas, Holidays or a Winter scene", 4 days left :)

SAS 4 Kids, Winter Fun 4 Kids

Happy Saturday everyone!  We are onto a new challenge at Send a Smile 4 Kids, Challenge #69- Winter Fun 4 Kids.  Our sponsor this time around are as wonderful as always, Milk Coffee Stamps (5 images of your choice), Dollar Graphics Depot ($15 gift certificate) and Fred She Said ($10 gift certificate).  A huge thank you to all of them for there generosity!!

For my first card I used the fun image from Dollar Graphics Depot called "Winter Welcome".  I combined 2 of the images that were in the package and colored them up with Copics.  I then embossed the background papers with 2 different embossing folders and then popped up the image with pop dots.

For my second card I used "Lisbeth and Mr. Deer" from Milk Coffee Stamps.  I colored her up with Copics and then added some Stickles on the snow areas.  I popped her up with some pop dots and then added some pretty ribbon along the bottom.

Hop on over and take part in the new challenge, you have two weeks to join in on this one.  As always if you have any questions please ask and I hope I you all have a blessed weekend ;0

Tiddly Inks- Christmas/Holiday Theme

Good morning everyone, I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  It is time for a new challenge at Tiddly Inks, Challenge # 123- Christmas/Holiday theme.

I chose to use the the fun image from Tiddly Inks called "Cocoa Wishes", see links below recipe.  I wanted to try a night scene with Copics and had a little hard time blending but practice, practice, practice.  It was hard but so fun to do, I will definitely be working on this.  I used a ton of Copics and then forgot to take a picture of them :(.  I added some Opaque White to areas of the trees and in the sky and then some Stickles onto the light area.  I combined the image with the Make it Crafty "Cold by Light" scene and the sentiment was made in Photoshop and inserted into a circle sentiment.

So hop on over and take a look at the DT's Christmas/Holiday themed cards and be prepared to be drooling over there awe inspiring projects.  I hope to see all your wonderful themed cards and as always if you have any questions please ask.  I hope all of you have a wonderful day today :)
