Spring Colors

Time for a new challenge at Tiddly Inks, Challenge #179- Gentle Spring Colors.  And it is none other than Christy Croll's birthday today, I huge Happy Birthday to her!! 

For today's card I am using a new image from Tiddly Inks called " Wryn- Happy Thoughts".  I colored her up with Copics and then popped her up on some beautiful papers from Carta Bella called "Baby Mine".

Fab Friday

It is Fab Friday at Tiddly Inks and today I am bringing you the adorable image called "Dino-mite" from Tiddly Inks.  For those little boys that are so in love with the "Good Dinosaur" movie this is the perfect image.  My nephew certainly is so I colored him up with copics to resemble him and then combined it with some fun papers from Kristie Art Design called "Dinosaur".

All about the boys!

It’s time for another fun challenge at Send a Smile 4 Kids- For the Boys! We have two very generous sponsors for this challenge, Crackerbox Palace 
(3 digital stamps) and Bugaboo’s (7 digis of their choice).  A huge thank you to both of them for the fabulous gifts!! 

For my card today I am bringing you the sweet image from Bugaboo called "Wee One Bugs- Snail".  I decided to do a baby card with this one.  I colored him up with Copics and then combined it with some papers from Echo Park called "All about a Boy".  I popped him up with some pop dots and then added some banners.  The sentiment was added in Photoshop.

Scrap It

It is time for a new challenge at Tiddly Inks, Challenge #178- Scrap It!  Make a Scrapbook page, journal page, mini album etc..  

For today's project I did a journal page using the Tiddly Inks image called "Alice-Time for Tea".  I added the words now to the clock and colored her with Copics and then taped her down on the page.  I did this on an 11 x 14 page. Doing a journal page is hard enough for me let along an 11x14 lol.  I have a really hard time with randomness and this is the perfect thing for that.  I decided to do a page on time and how you just need to stop and look at your now and the things around it.  It was nice to sit and be reminded of that.  I used some printouts of a clock and the sayings were typed in Photoshop.  I then crumbled them up and distressed them with some distress ink from Tim Holtz in walnut stain and tumbled glass.  I also used a couple of different Tim Holtz stencils with some paint and gesso.  Then some fun doodle marks around the page with a glitter pen.

For my card today I am using the sweet image from Crackerbox Palace called "Birdhouse with Leaves" and the sentiment "So Tweet".  I colored it up with Copics and then added a pale yellow matte.  Popped it up with some pop dots and cornered the edge of the card.
